Time: 2 pm 

14-16oz gloves, shin guards, and a mouthpiece is required. 

Rounds are 10, 2 minute sparring rounds with a 30 second break. 

Some girls do BJJ and boxing as well as Muay Thai. Make sure to communicate with your partner of any injuries and/or desired intensity level. 

Most importantly let’s bring good energy, learn, and have fun! :)
