We proudly offer this extensive self-defense program as a complimentary public service, ensuring accessibility to all individuals seeking empowerment and safety.

We offer an unparalleled, holistic self-defense program tailored specifically for women and children aged 12 and above. Our curriculum encompasses preventive strategies, situational awareness, and practical physical defense techniques. Delivered over a structured three-month period, our program provides a comprehensive foundation in self-protection. Furthermore, we extend the opportunity for ongoing learning and mastery by offering a year-long enrollment option. Completion of the full year equips participants with the knowledge and skills to attain certification as proficient instructors in self-defense.

Come join us for our Women Only Sparring Events at Kaizen MMA in Vienna, happening on the LAST SUNDAY of every month!

This is an opportunity to train and authentically practice what you learn in a safe way. Having events where women can learn with and from other women increases a connection to the sport and allows us to work with similar body types. There is reduced pressure and increased opportunity to practice and even take appropriate risks.

In January, we successfully raised nearly $4,000 for Bethany House.

This June and July, we are rallying support for Destiny Rescue, an organization dedicated to rescuing children from human trafficking around the world by employing agents in the field.
